HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is a cardio-fitness training method. It is an advanced form of Interval Training, which provides for the alternation between periods of short and intense exercise to periods of active recovery through aerobic activity or less intense exercise in a consecutive manner. It is the best workout for weight loss, tone or improve the physical condition of athletes. Ideal for those who love intense training and the possibility of training on the beach too!

CIRCUIT TRAINING

The Circuit Training consists of some 'exercises-stations' series to be performed consecutively for a preset time or number (circuit), with a short pause at the end of each circuit. In a Circuit Training workout the muscles of the whole body are involved, producing important cardiovascular benefits, weight loss and muscle toning. Workouts can be done at gym, outdoors or on the beach. Ideal for those who want to get excellent results or for those who get bored of classic workouts.

CORE STABILITY

The 'Core' is the center of the body, the system that includes all the muscles of the hips, back, abdomen, pelvis and diaphragm. The Core is fundamental for the body's ability to maintain a correct posture and maintain its balance position at the level of the trunk, transferring and controlling the strength and motility of the legs and arms. Particularly recommended for people suffering from back pains or poor posture and athlete who want to improve sport performance. Advised for all those who wants a toned, flexible and efficient body.

MUSCLE & STRENGTH TRAINING

The workout to increase Muscle Mass (hypertrophy) & Strength is mainly done at gym because it requires the use of weights, isotonic machines and other tools. It is a high-intensity workout where alternating series of exercises with overloads and pre-established pauses paying particular attention to the technique and speed of execution of the exercises. Suitable for anyone and in particular for underweight people (combined with adequate nutrition).

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

An exercise is called Functional when it reflects the gestures of everyday life, natural movements carry out thanks to the synergistic contraction of several muscle groups. For this the workout consists of exercises that are as close as possible to what the human body does by nature. The purpose of this training is to develop a beautiful, harmonious and strong body, improving endurance, power and strength. Suitable for sportsmen and people with good skills. RESISTANCE TRAINING

Modern training methods have introduced the use of strength training as an added value for purely aerobic and endurance disciplines. The combined strength-endurance training, organized in training sessions that alternate strength work and aerobics, is currently considered the best system to achieve maximum performance in sports performance. In practice, the athlete must sustain as quickly as possible a specified number of 'repeated' for each exercise, repeating the circuit several times. The aim is to improve the efficiency of the cardiorespiratory apparatus, the attitude of the muscles to resist fatigue, and the economy of the athletic gesture for a energy savings.
