- I am a fully licensed Personal Trainer, Kinesiotherapist and Nutrition Educator under the Italian Olympic Sport Committee.
- I attended several master's degrees: Human Biomechanic, Nutrition & Supplementation, Human Biotipology & Morphology, Aches & Paramorphisms.
- In addition, I obteined certificate courses in: Pilates, Postural Gimnastics, Functional Training, Back & Neck School, Hypopressive Abs Technique, and more.
